The leaders we need come from every walk of life. They are our co-workers, our neighbors, and our teachers. It’s the artist, the entrepreneur, the parent or the super volunteer that fights for our community in different ways every day. Our greatest leaders are among us and it is up to US to find them. LEAD NC has undertaken this mission for nearly a decade now. We’ve trained hundreds of candidates who are champions for their communities, for our values, and for every day North Carolinians. We believe that in order to have the great state we all deserve, we need leaders up to the challenge, leaders who are high quality, responsive, and truly representative of the diversity of our state.
